Happy Birthday to our Molly Brown!
She will be celebrating her 13th birthday. I will bake her a great cake (good for doggies). In appreciation for her gentle presence, companionship, and all that she has added to our lives all of these years.
We have wonderful new items in both of the shops, if you need some decorating advice, a spruce up or just to stop and say hi, we look forward to a mid winter visit.
Stay warm, and think spring and planning you new garden.
Best, Alex
Dear Seraph,
My friend took me shopping to your store when I was visiting her in Ohio as I love that style of furnishings and furniture. I was not disappointed and bought several things that I have loved and cherished. I live in Nashville, Tennessee and do not have acess to these wonderful things like she does there in Ohio. Every so often I can find a random piece in an antique store, but not very often. Unfortunately we just sustained a house fire and lost all the contents in one bedroom, as well as 90% of my Christmas that was in the attic. We had a 2nd fire re-ignite, this time in the master bedroom causing extensive damage there as well.
Do you have any brochures or anything with pictures and prices that I can show my Insurance agent so we can determine replacement value? He does’nt understand my style of decorating and has no idea what a redware plate even is. I would appreciate any help you may be able to give me. Forunately I was at home and able to get my 3 little dachshunds out to safety-I realize how lucky that was, but am just sick about all my beautiful things, many I’ll be unable to replace. I had beeswax candles everywhere as they are my favorite. Thanks again, Birdie Green
